This publication is a catalog of a temporary exhibition of the same title, which was presented at the museum from 7th May to 20th June 2014. Those who are interested will find there bookplates (ekslibris), drawings and graphics - both historical, from captivity, as well as works of contemporary artists. The first part is accompanied by descriptions, the second one by biographies of the authors. Of particular interest is written by Cpt. Joseph Kobylanski in Oflag VI B Dössel history of bookplates Polish prisoners of war in Oflag IV A Hohnstein - the result announced in the camp officers in 1939. Contest. All the works depict the same issue, which is war and peace.
