Invitation to our Open Days
As each year at this time, the Museum is holding Open Days from 25 to 29 November. The idea is simple: during this time, anyone who wishes can take advantage of free guided tours and a special education offer.
The event is mainly aimed at schools, but not only. Organised groups, e.g. by parents who care about the historical education of their children, can also take part in the workshops. The offer is available at both museum seats, and so in Opole we have prepared workshops entitled ‘Helping does not know any boundaries’, while in Łambinowice the activities will be related to the fate of the victims of Nazism and the items that once belonged to them.
Both offers are closely associated with the exhibitions we are currently presenting. In the first case, it is the exhibition entitled ‘Encounters. With the history of Polish children of Siberia’, while in the second case it is the exhibition called “#StolenMemory”.
Please note that as part of the Open Days, there will be free tours of the exhibitions with our guides. Similarly, free guided walks around the Site of National Remembrance in Łambinowice will be provided during these days.
More details in the programme below. We would like to invite you from 25 November, every day for five days, from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Visiting is by appointment only: tel. 77 43 43 475, 573 785 901, e-mail: .
