Due to the work on the 47the edition of the Yearbook, the Editorial Committee is announcing a call for scientific articles. The deadline for papers is 30 October 2024. The planned publication date is the first quarter of 2025.

Publication in the Museum's scientific periodical not only gives satisfaction to the author and readers, but provides also an opportunity to gain 40 points in scientific output. This is the value assigned to the "Łambinowice Museum Yearbook" on the list of scholarly journals of the Ministry of Education and Science.

The leading theme of the 47th volume will be POW memorabilia, both individual objects and those forming collections. It is important to us that texts on the subject presented the historical and biographical context of both the memento (or the collection) and the people associated with it. Readers will certainly be interested in issues such as: the fate - especially in captivity - of the owner or maker of the object, document or photograph; information about other people involved in the history of the artefact and what happened to it after the war; but also interesting museum, conservation or, for example, archaeological issues on the subject.
